Salon Etiquette

WHAT SHOULD YOU EXPECT FROM YOUR FIRST VISIT?
To help ensure your pleasurable experiences at our salon we have anticipated some frequently asked questions. If you require additional information not presented below please contact us so that we can help you further.

HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
Contact us online, phone or fax. We are open 6 days a week to accommodate all schedules.

WHAT ABOUT MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS DURING SERVICES?
Our robes and lockers are always available for our clients. Unfortunately, if you choose not to change clothing, remove jewelry or place valuables away, we will not be held responsible for damages.

WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT?
If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, kindly use our appointments system or call us within 6 hours beforehand to avoid being charged the full service fee. Cancellation of chemical services requires 24-hour notice.

WHAT IF I’M LATE FOR AN APPOINTMENT?
It may be necessary to reschedule. Your stylist will do their best to accommodate you or there may be a possibility that another stylist can assist you.

MAY I USE MY CELL PHONE DURING A SALON VISIT?
We would like to discourage the use of cell phones, so all our clients can relax and enjoy the salon experience. If you must use your cell, please use the vibrate feature. A cordless phone is always available for your convenience.

MAY I BRING CHILDREN TO THE SALON?
For the consideration of our clients, children are allowed in the salon only when they are receiving services.

WHAT ABOUT GRATUITIES?
At your discretion, a 15-20 percent gratuity is customary and greatly appreciated. Gratuities are considered and included in assistant compensation—no additional gratuities are necessary.
