It is our pleasure to ship exclusive salon and boutique products anywhere in the USA (subject to applicable shipping charges). Order $75 or more of hair care products and receive free shipping (standard shipping only).
What methods of payment do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept personal checks (with a driver's license identification), MasterCard, Visa, and American Express cards.
How can I find out about special happenings or events at the salon?
We would like to place you on our mailing list for future trunk shows and salon nights. Please see the reception desk for upcoming events.
How are my clothing, jewelry & valuables secured during my visit?
Robes and individualized pass code lockers will be available for all of our clients. If you choose not to change we can not be held responsible for clothing damage.
What if I am late for an appointment?
It may be necessary to reschedule. Your stylist will do their best to accommodate you. It may be possible for another stylist to assist you.
Can I use my cell phone while I'm in the salon?
We would like to discourage the use of cell phones, so all our clients can relax and enjoy the salon experience. If you must use your cell phone please use the vibrate feature.
Can I bring children to the salon?
Children are respectfully requested to be in the salon when receiving services only.
What is your policy on gratuities?
At your discretion, a 15%-20% gratuity is customary and greatly appreciated. In an effort to keep our pricing down we would like to suggest all gratuities be left in cash.
