Experienced Hairstylist and Precision Haircutter
ncolor {salon+boutique2} is seeking an experienced Hairstylist that specializes in precision haircutting and superior styling services. We are an upscale salon located in one of Southwest Florida’s most affluent area, Naples, Florida. As a growing organization we are currently looking for professionals who share our drive for excellence and a willingness to stay current on new techniques and products, for healthy manageable hair. If you believe you share the same passion and professional drive as our salon now is the time to take this opportunity to empower and unlock your creativity. As an applicant, there are several qualifications that must be met or exceeded; passion for fashionable healthy hair, superior haircut talents, incredible styling technique, and most importantly an ability to offer professional customer service—worthy of one of the top 200 salons in the USA. It is preferred that the applicant has an established clientele list; but, we would also consider a qualified stylist that is looking to relocate to sunny Southwest Florida. We are currently hiring Assistants in our upscale salon and boutique. ncolor salon offers an enhanced salon experience that caters to the well traveled client residing part-time or year round in Naples, Bonita Springs, Ft. Myers and Southwest Florida.

DESCRIPTION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• To provide exceptional customer service consistently.
• Assist multiple Technicians in a fast paced, detail oriented atmosphere.
• Multi-task in a professional, time efficient manner.
• Keep Technicians on time with their schedule.
• Utilize Millennium Salon Software to input client formulas, timing and specifications.
• Greet clients upon arrival and assist them throughout the salon.
• Anticipate and address clients needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation upon departing from the salon.
• Respond to client requests for special arrangements or services.
• Follow-up on all assigned tasks to ensure completion.
• Assist with daily salon maintenance duties.
• Speak with others in a respectful manner using clear and professional language.
• To work by the highest ethical standards.
• To promote positive, creative energy.
