Gary Harlan, owner and master colorist, is the driving force behind ncolor {salon + boutique2}. As an international educator for Redken for over 18 years, Gary traveled globally—sharing and gaining experience about hair color and style techniques from renown hair salons.
Gary's passion for excellence led him to join forces with Louis Scandale to build this unique salon and boutique concept. Louis is an experienced interior designer and merchandiser, who has designed top spas nationwide.
